Note of sale
The Société Al Buhaira de Développement et d’Investissement (Al Buhaira Invest) hereby launches a public tender, open to both Tunisian and foreign natural and legal persons, for the sale, to the highest bidder, of thirteen (13) plots of land under development, located in the subdivision La Perle du Lac II.

The plots offered for sale are to be sold individually (lot by lot) to any Tunisian or foreign natural or legal person.
Interested bidders are invited to collect the tender dossier from the headquarters of Al Buhaira Invest at the following address:

And this upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200 TND.
Bids must be submitted to the headquarters of Al Buhaira Invest, addressed to the Executive Officer, either by direct delivery to the company’s central registry against receipt, or by post in sealed anonymous envelopes, bearing only the mention:
“Do not open / Tender for Sale No. 03/2025 relating to the sale of thirteen (13) plots of land located in the subdivision La Perle du Lac II.”.
No other identifying information of the bidder must appear on the envelope.
The deadline for submission of bids at the headquarters of Al Buhaira Invest is set for Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 12:30 PM, The date and time stamped by the company’s registry shall be deemed authoritative. Any bid received after the deadline and/or not in compliance with the terms of the specifications shall be deemed void and will not be considered.
The bid opening session is open to bidders who have collected the tender dossier or their duly authorized representatives. It shall take place in accordance with the conditions set forth in the specifications, on the same day, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Hotel Acropole located opposite the company’s headquarters.
